CaucusRoom Bill of Rights (Privacy Policy)
Last modified: November 20, 2020
Welcome to CaucusRoom! We invite you to read this privacy policy, which explains our privacy practices and how we treat your personal information. Among the many purposes for which CaucusRoom exists is the freedom of thought and expression. It is through this freedom that we are able to generate meaningful discourse and create solutions to the problems in our communities. We take privacy seriously, and although our U.S. constitution does not mention the right to privacy in its Bill of Rights, we enumerate your right to privacy in our Constitution. Through cooperation among members, respect for all members, and solution-based thinking, CaucusRoom will be a driving force in American politics.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information collected and created in connection with your use of CaucusRoom, how and why we use such information, with whom we share it, and your legal rights.
When you use CaucusRoom, there are expectations for how you must respect and protect the privacy of other members. These expectations are listed in the Community Rules. Please read it. Violation of these rules will lead to a loss of account privileges, potentially including a ban from CaucusRoom.
